Terms and conditions of sale

These conditions apply to all sales concluded with the hotel KLE, located at 10 rue du Père Kohlmann - 68240 Kaysersberg-Vignobles (except group bookings). Therefore, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and undertakes to  respect them.

These conditions of sale are modifiable at any time, and the conditions applicable will be those in force on the date when the reservation will be carried out.

Rates quoted are in EURO (€) VAT and include the VAT applicable on the day of booking.

Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal fees introduced by the competent authorities, will be reflected automatically on the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.

These rates are per room, per night, for the number of people mentioned on the booking and for the dates selected exclusively. They do not include, unless otherwise stated, ancillary services and other tourist tax.

The tourist tax is 0.80 € per day and per person (over 18 years). It is not included in the price displayed and must be paid directly on site.

Some services may be subject to a surcharge and may be subject to modifications without prior notice, in no way incurring the responsibility of the hotel.

No stay booked before the implementation of any promotional offer will be subject to refund, even partial.

Reservations can be made on the website https://www.hotelkle.com, by phone, e-mail or mail.

The reservation will be effective only if the latter is guaranteed by the customer, either by communicating a credit card number with expiry date, security cryptogram and debit authorization duly signed, or by the payment of a deposit and after receipt of a detailed booking confirmation.

The payment of all services will be done directly with the hotel (exceptions made for pre-paid bookings at the time of booking).

The hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking in case the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation is incomplete.

Bookings regardless of their origin will be payable in € uro only.

The KLE Hotel accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express and has PCI-certified secure booking software that protects and encrypts all sensitive data transmitted to the reservation to prevent disclosure to a third party.

When booking the reservation, a credit card debit authorization will be made. This will be done for informational purposes and will in no case be a debit account except in the following cases:
- Promotional offer "non-cancellable- non-refundable".
- If the validity date of the credit card is before the arrival date.

The customer is solely responsible for his choice of service and price conditions and their suitability for his needs, so that the responsibility of the Hotel KLE can not be sought in this regard.

By force majeure is meant any event external to the parties presenting a character at once unpredictable and insurmountable which prevents the Hotel from executing all or part of the obligations stipulated by the contract. This will be the case in the case of a transportation strike, hotel staff, government or public riots.

Any modification or cancellation of reservation must be the subject of a request by email at info@hotelkle.com or by phone at +33 3 67 30 05 22.

The request will not become effective until the KLE Hotel has confirmed its acceptance in writing.

In case of modification or cancellation of stay, the following conditions apply:
- For all requests made within 24 hours of the arrival date, the amount of the first night will be charged.
- In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be charged the amount of the first night.
- Any stay started is entirely due.
- Any booking benefiting from a non-cancellable, non-modifiable promotional rate will not be refunded.

For bookings made via the website of our partners, cancellation must be made via this site. The cancellation conditions that apply are then partner-specific and may differ from those of the KLE hotel.

Breakfast is offered for children under 16 years old.

Rooms are usually available from 15:00 and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. A surcharge may be requested in case of non-compliance with the maximum
time of departure.

All our rooms are non-smoking. In the event that a guest smokes in the room (accidental activation of the smoke detector and / or persistent smell in the room, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 150.00 € (one hundred and fifty Euro) for the immobilization costs of the room. room and additional cleaning.

The client agrees to respect other guests of the hotel, staff and places. Also any behavior contrary to morality and public order will cause the hotel to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and / or no refund if a payment has already been made and the balance of the bill will be due.

In the event of unavailability of the KLE hotel or in the event of force majeure, the latter reserves the right to have the client fully or partially accommodated in a hotel of equivalent or higher category, offering services of the same kind.

The transfer will then be the responsibility of the hotelier who can not be sought in payment of any additional compensation.

ny complaint must be addressed to Hotel KLE by registered letter A / R within 15 days of the end date of the stay that is the subject of the said claim. After this period, no claim can be taken into account.

In application of the law 78-17, known as computing and freedoms, the customers are warned that their reservation is the subject of a computerized nominative treatment. It is specified that this information is not communicated to third parties.

Hotel KLE offers wifi internet access.

The client user agrees that the computer resources made available will not be used in any way for reproduction, representation, provision or communication to the public of works or objects protected by a copyright, by a neighboring right such as texts, images photographs, audiovisual musical works, software and video games, without the authorization of the holders of the rights provided for in Books I and II of the Intellectual Property Code when this authorization is required

The hotel declines any responsibility in case of theft, loss or damage to the belongings of the guests during their stay.

The customer will be held responsible for any damage, deterioration or vandalism that may occur due to the occupancy of the premises and / or by the participants and / or the staff in his charge movable, decorative and real estate property belonging or not to the hotel. As a result, the hotel KLE can ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any refund of the current stay and fully refund the damage caused by these acts.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This is so for the substantive rules as for the rules of form. Litigation will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
